1. Return Time

You can return any product within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Return

To return a product, the customer will need to pack it and send it back through courier at their own cost to the address given below. After sending, please share the courier receipt photo with us on WhatsApp.

3. Free Return

If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, then return shipping will be free. In this case we will also refund your courier charges after you send us the receipt. You will receive either a full refund or a replacement product.

4. Return If You Don’t Like It

If the product is in good condition but you simply do not like it, you can still return it within 7 days. In this case the return courier cost will be paid by the customer.

5. Refund Time

Once we receive and check the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3 days. For bank or card payments it usually takes 5 to 7 working days to appear in your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns after 7 days. We also cannot accept returns for used or opened skincare and makeup products, or for customized items.
